Barceló Maya Colonial 5-Star hotel has 6 swimming pools that include special shallow areas for children, semi-Olympic pools, and swimming pools for adults.
Barceló Maya Colonial also features the Barcy Water Park for kids where kids can enjoy castles, slides and waterfalls within the swimming pool.
The pool area at Barceló Maya Colonial has a fabulous sun area, hammock area and a fully equipped game zone with a beach store and much more.
So that all the family can have fun, there is the Pirates Island Water Park (additional charges apply), with slides and attractions designed for all ages. Opening hours: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (9 am – 5 pm)
Conditions:

- Plus, the most adventurous members of the family can enjoy surfing on the Surf Rider wave pool (additional charges apply).

Jaguar’s Nightclub: Free entry to the nightclub and free house drinks included until 2:00 am This includes an exclusive VIP Lounge (additional charge applies) with reserved areas and imported drinks. Only for those over 18. Smoking is not allowed.

One Disco Club: teenagers can also have fun in a healthy, age-appropriate environment with today’s hits and non-alcoholic beverages. Teen wristband is required to enter. For teenagers aged 13 to 17.

Water sports for the whole family
In order to provide unique and quality experiences, at Barceló we have the well-known Dressel Driver's Club, located within the complex's facilities. We provide, at an additional cost, scuba diving lessons and tours, snorkeling and other water sports such as jet skiing and deep-sea fishing. The boats depart directly from the hotel's private dock.

Dolphinaris at Barceló
For a safe interaction experience with dolphins at the new Dolphinarium at Barceló, facing the beach and surrounded by beautiful tropical landscapes. The enclosure is certified by the European Association for Aquatic Mammals. The dolphinarium is located on-site and is for the exclusive use of the hotel guests. It features an innovative shallow platform concept for a safe interaction experience.

The spa offers exclusive facilities: saunas, steam baths, tropical and bi-thermal showers, a dynamic pool and immersion pools. U-Kids Spa
The new U-Kids Spa complements this wellness center. A space dedicated for the little ones of the family, with treatments especially designed for them combining attractive aromas.
Fitness Center
Fantastic fitness center with the most advanced equipment for warm-ups, cardiovascular exercises, cooling down, stretching and strengthening machines. We have everything from treadmills, stationary bikes and weights to two innovative rooms for spinning and yoga. This modern fitness center is located within the U-Spa facilities, with a schedule for programmed classes available (these vary depending on U-Spa availability).
